TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

DEFINITIONS
“Buyer” means the person or entity purchasing the products from Erawan Group Ltd.

“Erawan Group Ltd” or “the Company” means Erawan Group Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws.

“Products” means the agricultural products sold by Erawan Group Ltd to the Buyer, including but not limited to rice, jute bags, sunflower oil, urea fertilizer, A4 copy paper, and sugar.

“Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance by Erawan Group Ltd. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order in whole or in part without liability.
The Buyer’s order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products, and acceptance of that offer shall be evidenced by Erawan Group Ltd’s written acknowledgement or delivery of the Products.
